MY STORY
I am a professional coach (graduate of a certified IFC course) as well as an Equine Facilitated Coach. I work with people and horses to help clients expand their personal awareness, create a mind/body connection, better align with their authentic selves and move forward to successfully achieve their goals - in life, relationships, business and beyond. HOLISTIC APPROACH
Do you want to explore yourself, your goals and your possibilities? I use an array of proven communication skills, the latest in neuroscience learnings and, when desired, the incredible, natural wisdom of the horses to give you the tools for success.
Why horses? Quite simply, Equine Facilitated Learning expands non-verbal awareness. Vast nuances of information arise from unspoken emotions, unrecognized intention, and subtle energetic exchanges. "This is why horses, as prey animals, are so good at measuring and mirroring the inner state of people."*
If we do not feel our values and goals then we cannot live them. The exercises with horses help provide experiential learning that is felt in the moment and in the body, instead of just in the head. I offer coaching both with and without horses. These services include: private coaching, group sessions, and workshops for people interested in developing themselves and/or their own coaching techniques.
